Your ‘day to day’
- Execute the strategy, action plan and maintain performance along with the continuous improvement of SFP Digital Commerc
- Support SFP program (feature activation, brand activation, digital campaign) that encourage website engagement, conversion, and channel loyalt
- Enhance customer experience by leveraging data & insights by working closely with other departments, such as brand and portfolio, consumer experience, commercial, logistics and finance
- Build rapport with the stakeholders to ensure collaborative ways of workin
- Keep up to date with the latest e-Commerce trend and technology for better learning and implementations
Who we’re looking for
- Min. bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information system or a related fiel
- 1-2 years related experienc
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
- Proficiency in Project Management tool
- Fluent in English and Bahasa; both writing and speakin
- Strong communication and presentation skill
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and global environment
