Who Are We Looking For?

Required Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with a modern data engineering technology stack
• Experience with AWS, including managing and organizing large‑scale data storage solutions
• Solid understanding of Snowflake architecture, performance optimization, and cost‑efficient design
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines; familiarity with Jenkins or Git is a plus
• Strong proficiency in SQL; experience with PowerShell or Python is an advantage
• Deep understanding of database and data warehouse design, including ETL, reporting, and data mining concepts
• Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques, including dimensional modeling and schema design for efficient storage and retrieval
• Experience with Matillion and dbt is a strong plus
• A solid foundation in AI/ML concepts and frameworks is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of software engineering best practices throughout the development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations
• Experience implementing standardized and automated operational processes to deliver accurate and timely data in line with SLAs
• Understanding of the development and management of data infrastructure and services
• Ability to clearly communicate with business users, technical teams, and senior stakeholders to gather requirements and explain data modeling decisions and engineering strategies
• Experience working directly with remote or globally distributed technical teams

• Design, create, test, and deploy robust data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, processing, and delivery
• Ensure data completeness, quality, accuracy, and consistency across all data sources and platforms
• Continuously optimize and maintain the data warehouse, improving performance and scalability through best practices
• Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement through automation and process optimization
• Apply innovative problem‑solving approaches to enhance data quality and operational efficiency
• Proactively anticipate and resolve potential data issues before they escalate
