We are looking for a Warehousing Project Intern who will work onsite and support warehousing operations through analysis, reporting, safety and quality follow-up, and improvement projects. The role collaborates with local and global stakeholders, monitors KPIs, and supports operational excellence.

- Monitor and report warehousing KPIs.
- Support safety, quality, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate warehouse projects and stakeholders.
- Prepare analyses, dashboards, and reports.
- Support operational efficiency and process improvements.
- Identify risks and optimization opportunities.
- Participate in warehouse floor activities.
- Support standard processes and reporting systems.
- Convert operational data into insights.
- Support project tracking and progress reporting.
- Support AI and digital solutions for efficiency, automation, visibility, and decision-making.
If you are curious, passionate, analytic, proactive, and YOU:
- Are a 3rd or 4th year student in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Can work at least 3 days per week.
- Have excellent English and Turkish communication skills.
- Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Forms, and Power BI.
- Have experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.
- Are comfortable working with large datasets and KPIs.
- Are customer-oriented, detail-focused, collaborative, and a quick learner.
- Are willing to work closely with warehouse teams.
- Can work effectively with international and cross-functional teams.
- Have interest in digital transformation and AI applications in warehousing and supply chain.
It will be a plus if you:
- Have knowledge of Excel Macros/VBA.
- Have Power BI reporting and visualization experience.
- Have exposure to warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
- Have participated in Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement, or operational excellence projects.
- Have explored AI-enabled solutions for reporting, KPI visibility, automation, and decision-making.
