We are looking for a Site Integrated Planner for our EEMA Supply Planning team who will be based in İzmir.  

 

Your ‘day to day’

 

  • Run, execute and maintain Site Integrated Planning (SIP) processes for a given manufacturing site for all its manufacturing processes, in a sustainable & efficient way in accordance with defined planning cycle, drumbeat and scheduling horizon to ensure the delivery of the Best Executional Plan balancing cash, cost & service targets for the company.  
  • Collect capacity, output, maintenance and availability parameters from manufacturing (from resource leads) in a regular drumbeat and leverage them to accomplish an efficient scheduling in factories. Adhere to POS (Plant Operating Strategy) capacity, production and material availability constraints while minimizing delayed/missed production and last moment STP changes. 
  • Prepare rolling, integrated and synchronized production scheduling for manufacturing processes in line with the defined planning cycle, drumbeat and scheduling horizon to meet the semi and finished goods volume forecasts.  
  • Ensure and control the execution of the production schedule and ensure corrective actions in case of deviations.  
  • Provide mid & long-term Capacity Inputs to Global Capacity Planning team.  
  • Manage exception situations (last moment machine breakdown, material arrival delays/quality hold, high criticality urgent production requests) using best judgement & alignment with the related stakeholders to ensure minimal impact on business. 
  • Plan production, open sales order and request shipment from Fulfilment for exported semis. 
  • Govern the obsolesce / BUBD of semis and follow up on possible elimination, Root Cause analysis and preventive action. Complete AERA updates and completion of tasks prior physical destruction in a timely manner.  
  • Lead and participate in the assigned Supply Planning or Cross functional projects targeting to deliver productivity and/or efficiency in the processes. Seek & identify continuous improvement opportunities in SIP & related Supply Planning processes and raise proposals for the process enhancements. 
  • Fully comply with the procedures of the company and local & international legislation.

You:

  • University degree in Engineering, Management or in another related field.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English. 
  • Experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing is a plus.  
  • Very good command of MS Excel. (Knowledge of Power Query, Macro, Power BI, Co-Pilot is a plus) 
  • SAP knowledge is an asset. 
  • Strong drive for achievement, analytical thinking ability and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, teamwork and cooperation skills.
  • Eager to learn new skills and to take some calculated risk in their domain for new ideas.
  • Activating people for new ideas and new ways of doing, ability to give/take feedback.
