Position Title:  Senior OPEN+ Deployment Manager

We are looking for a Senior OPEN+ Deployment Manager to join our manufacturing center in İzmir.

In this role, you will lead the deployment of the site’s OPEN+ strategy across manufacturing operations, strengthening systems, capabilities, and ownership to deliver sustainable business results. You will work closely with manufacturing leadership, Business Units, Deployment Leads, Pillar teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to advance operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities

Drive OPEN+ Deployment

• Translate the OPEN+ roadmap into clear priorities and execution plans.
• Integrate OPEN+ pillars, Daily Management Systems, and Standard Work Processes.
• Assess maturity levels, close system gaps, and accelerate implementation.
• Enable Business Units and line organizations to sustain and continuously improve their operating systems.

Deliver Sustainable Results

• Monitor system maturity, capability development, KPIs, and business impact.
• Identify performance gaps and lead structured improvement initiatives.
• Drive loss elimination, productivity improvements, and best practice replication.
• Leverage digital and AI-enabled solutions to enhance decision-making and problem-solving.

Build Organizational Capability

• Coach leaders, Pillar teams, and Deployment Leads on OPEN+ methodologies.
• Provide direction and prioritization for deployment activities across manufacturing.
• Strengthen team ownership and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Support the development of future operational excellence leaders.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, production, and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on production experience is required.
• Proven experience with OPEN+, IWS, TPM, WCM, or equivalent Lean operating systems.
• Strong track record in manufacturing transformation, capability building, and performance improvement.
• Expertise in Lean methodologies, Daily Management Systems, Standard Work, loss analysis, and structured problem solving.
• Experience coaching leaders and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical actions and measurable business results.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, facilitation, and change management skills.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.

Preferred

• Lean Six Sigma, Coaching, Change Management, or similar operational excellence certifications.
• Knowledge of digital and AI-based solutions supporting operational excellence.
