Position Title:  Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze quality data and translate insights into actions supporting Quality KPIs.
• Ensure QMS compliance and support related procedures and training.
• Prepare reports, escalate deviations, and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Collaborate across teams to share best practices and optimize processes.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain reporting systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Validate business assumptions using statistical tools (SQL, Power BI, etc.).
• Develop corrective actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Challenge existing processes and propose productivity improvements.
• Apply OPEN+ standards consistently; Q and I&IM Pillar knowledge is a plus.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 2+ years' experience in a corporate environment; Quality Assurance experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of supplier quality improvement and management is a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 19011:2018 is a plus.
• Expertise in quality tools, OPEN+ standards, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to identify patterns and trends to improve processes and decision-making.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP, and PLM; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, and similar tools.
• Strong communication, planning, and critical thinking skills; able to manage multiple tasks independently.
