Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the onboarding program and ensure new hires have a seamless experience.
- Assist in preparing internal communication materials & events.
- Coordinate capability development programs, including scheduling sessions, gathering feedback, and tracking progress.
- Organize and manage events to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality in People and Culture databases.
- Conduct research on trends in workplace culture, engagement, and analytics to support ongoing initiatives.
- Analyze data and generate reports for reward and recognition programs, providing actionable insights.
- Use Excel (required) and Power BI (preferred) to manage, visualize, and present data effectively.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a university/master’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Availability to work 5 days a week during internship program (weekdays)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (required)
- Familiarity with Power BI and visualization tools like Canva (preferred).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude with a keen interest in workplace culture and employee engagement.
