We are looking for an IFMS (Integrated Facility Management Services) Lead who will work in İzmir–Torbalı and be responsible for leading integrated facility and utilities operations, driving contractor and service excellence, and ensuring sustainable, compliant, and cost-efficient delivery models in line with PMI standards and OPEN+ principles.

 

The role requires strong stakeholder management, lean transformation leadership, financial acumen, and people management capabilities to continuously improve service performance and operational efficiency across the organization.

  • Lead integrated facility management and utilities operations through internal teams and third-party providers
  • Drive operational excellence and zero-loss culture across all IFMS services areas
  • Lead lean transformation initiatives within integrated service operations in line with OPEN+ methodology
  • Ensure compliance with PMI standards, sustainability requirements, legal regulations, and EHS expectations
  • Manage and develop external service providers and contractors through structured performance management
  • Optimize workforce models and operational efficiency across different service areas
  • Lead digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives related to IFMS and contract management processes
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and continuously improve internal customer satisfaction
  • Lead budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and forecasting activities for the department
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities
  • Oversee contract lifecycle management, invoice validation, and compliance with contractual/legal requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support future business needs, infrastructure projects, and operational improvements
  • Build strong collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, EHS, Sustainability, Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
  • Drive Initiative Management (IM) practices and ensure effective execution and follow-up of improvement initiatives

You: 

 

  • Hold a university degree in Engineering
  • Have minimum 7 years of experience in IFMS, facility management, utilities, engineering, or manufacturing operations within an industrial environment
  • Have experience in leading teams and managing people
  • Are fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Systems / OPEN+ methodologies
  • Have knowledge of Initiative Management (IM) practices
  • Are proficient in Excel and Power BI
  • Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Have strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
  • Are collaborative, customer-oriented, and capable of working effectively across functions
  • Have a strong safety, sustainability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement mindset
