We are looking for an IFMS (Integrated Facility Management Services) Engineer who will work in İzmir-Torbali and be responsible for utility /production support systems operation with highest efficiency, eliminating losses with zero loss mindset and developing standard work processes to ensure always in perfect conditions.

  • Ensure continuous and smooth operation of utility systems so that they will meet production requirements and the company's standards  
  • Control and ensure preventive mechanical and electrical maintenance are done by third party and ensure systematic cleaning, inspections & lubrication of equipment/instruments, power and control systems and related systems extension
  • Analyze the most frequent breakdown causes and energy leakage/wastage sources of system, recommend solutions to improve equipment efficiency and optimize energy savings
  • Monitor the production needs, control the consumption, define and recommend the budget related with field of responsibility
  • Support the energy/water saving initiatives in factory in order to eliminate waste
  • Minimize downtimes on production support systems especially all stoppage which have impact on production
  • Lead developing capabilities on contractor employees
  • Continuously improve performance with zero loss mindset

You: 

  • Hold a university degree in engineering departments (Electrical Engineer or Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineer are preferred.)
  • Have at 3 years of experience in utility systems
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Know-how and experience on automation systems is an asset
  • Knowledge on IOS (Integrated Operating System _ OPEN+) 
  • Have strong communication & interpersonal skills and have attention for detail
  • Are collaborative, a team player, customer oriented and a quick learner
  • Strong team-work and cooperation with analytical skills
