We are looking for an IFMS (Integrated Facility Management Services) Engineer who will work in İzmir-Torbalı and ensure efficient utility and production support systems, eliminate losses, and maintain standard processes. Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are:

• Ensure utility systems meet production needs and company standards.
• Ensure third-party preventive maintenance, cleaning, inspections, and lubrication of equipment and systems.
• Analyze breakdowns and energy losses and recommend efficiency and energy-saving solutions.
• Monitor production needs and consumption and recommend related budgets.
• Support factory energy and water saving initiatives.
• Minimize production support system downtime.
• Develop contractor employee capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement with a zero-loss mindset.

This position can be something for you if you recognize yourself in the below profile. You:

• Hold an Engineering degree, preferably Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Have 3+ years of utility systems experience.
• Have excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Automation systems experience is an asset.
• Know IOS (Integrated Operating System - OPEN+).
• Have strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Are collaborative, customer-oriented, and a quick learner.
• Have strong teamwork and analytical skills.
