We are looking for Cluster Junior Agronomist who will be supporting the implementation of agronomic programs, Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), sustainability initiatives, and crop monitoring activities across assigned markets and suppliers. The role will contribute to crop performance, quality, and compliance objectives through field observations, data collection, documentation, and farmer engagement activities, while providing accurate and timely agronomic information to support decision making, continuous improvement, and successful execution of agronomy projects and seasonal crop plans.

- Support the implementation of crop production programs, GAP requirements, and agronomic initiatives in assigned markets by conducting field visits, collecting information, and following established protocols in collaboration with cluster teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor crop development throughout the growing season and report agronomic observations related to crop health, productivity, weather impacts, pests, diseases, and farming practices; assist in agronomic trials, demonstrations, and innovation projects by collecting field data, maintaining records, and supporting evaluations according to defined methodologies.
- Maintain accurate agronomic databases, field reports, and documentation to ensure timely reporting of crop progress, trial results, sustainability indicators, and GAP implementation status.
- Support supplier and farmer engagement activities by participating in training sessions, field meetings, and technical visits to promote adoption of recommended agricultural practices.
- Identify agronomic issues and deviations from established standards, escalate concerns to supervisors, and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with Agronomy, Leaf, Sustainability, Quality, and other relevant functions to ensure efficient execution of field activities and achievement of business objectives.
- Demonstrate continuous learning and technical development by building knowledge of crop production systems, agronomic technologies, sustainability practices, and agricultural economics relevant to the cluster.
What We are Looking For:
- Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Sciences, or other related agricultural disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in agriculture, crop production, agronomy, or related field activities.
- Fundamental understanding of crop production principles and basic knowledge of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP).
- Good observation and analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret agronomic data.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in field work, reporting, and documentation.
- Basic project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in rural and field environments, with adaptability and willingness to travel.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with strong collaboration and teamwork orientation.
- Learning agility, curiosity, and motivation to continuously build technical expertise.
