Purpose
Identify and analyze business development opportunities to support the growth of the business in line with long-term objectives, including volume, market share, and OCI. Provide insightful and profitable solutions aligned with strategic priorities and mid-to-long-term company objectives. Operate effectively in a complex regulatory and macroeconomic environment, navigate market dynamics, manage project complexities, and produce high-impact outputs that drive key business decisions.
Support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by leading and coordinating selected pillars and forums, while providing key analytical inputs (e.g., exchange rates, inflation, pricing, and volume) to enable accurate reporting and informed senior-level decision-making. Ensure the effective preparation and delivery of high-quality, purpose-driven presentations for senior stakeholders, including the Managing Director and Heads of Functions, covering areas such as commercial plans, budgets, strategies, corporate reviews, Board meetings, employee communications, and other ad-hoc requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing & Revenue Management
- Support the development of pricing strategies in collaboration with MD, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams to optimize brand positioning.
- Analyze and recommend optimal retail selling price structures considering NEFP, trade margins, profitability, exchange rates, taxation scenarios, competitive positioning, and portfolio structure.
- Identify and propose Net Revenue Management opportunities across the value chain in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Business Development & Projects
- Identify business development opportunities within the market and industry.
- Execute business development projects accurately and in a timely manner, including:

- Conceptual analysis and initial feasibility assessment
- Establishment and coordination of cross-functional project teams (Operations, Tax, Legal, HR, etc.)
- Collection and evaluation of business and market data (economic factors, taxation, pricing, sourcing, trademarks)
- Development of comprehensive feasibility studies
- Execution of full strategic and financial analyses, including financial modeling
- Supporting management recommendations, negotiations, and project implementation
- Coordinating due diligence processes for acquisitions where applicable
Strategic Planning
- Provide short, medium, and long-term forecasts for market size, volume, and trends. Deliver detailed scenario analyses to support senior-level decision-making (e.g., pricing, OB/RF cycles).
- Ensure the reliability of data inputs for medium- and long-term market segmentation forecasts.
- Provide total consumer spending trends.
Market Analysis & Insights
- Gather and analyze data related to macroeconomic, socio-demographic, and broad business environments from multiple sources.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends both locally and globally.
- Provide purpose-specific market insights to management, including bi-weekly highlights reporting for Turkey Domestic and TRNC.
- Process, analyze, and publish monthly industry sales data.
You:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of professional experience in consulting and/or finance roles.
- Strong background in finance, preferably with prior experience in consulting; exposure to consultancy, finance, and business operations is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with C-level stakeholders, managing cross-functional relationships.
- Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and business forecasting/planning.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and evaluate financial performance, profitability, and overall business results.
- Experience working within multinational financial environments is an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Entrepreneurial, curious, and proactive mindset.
- Fluent in English.
