Are you passionate about understanding how media and social conversations shape corporate reputation? We are looking for a Communication Executive who will support the execution of the company’s communication strategy by leveraging media and social media monitoring, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and enhancing the effectiveness of communication activities.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
- Monitor social media platforms as a primary source of insight to assess public sentiment, ongoing conversations, reputational risks, and emerging trends.
- Analyze social listening data and generate actionable insights to support decision-making and enhance communication strategies.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance media analysis, reporting efficiency, content generation and communication insights.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports integrating social and traditional media insights, identifying risks, opportunities, and shifts in narrative.
- Work closely with external agencies to ensure high-quality social media listening, media monitoring, and alignment with company standards.
- Continuously improve reporting frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to better capture the impact of social and traditional media activities.
- Contribute to the execution of corporate communication activities to strengthen company positioning.
- Support crisis communication preparedness through real-time monitoring, rapid analysis, and timely escalation of reputational risks.
- Support the design and implementation of measurement tools and surveys to assess corporate reputation and communication impact.
- Translate complex data and insights into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of social impact programs and community initiatives in line with company strategy.
What we are looking for:
- University degree in relevant subjects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- 3–5 years of experience in communications, with strong exposure to social media monitoring and analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate social listening and media data into actionable insights
- Good understanding of the media landscape, with a particular focus on digital and social media ecosystems
- Experience working with social listening and media monitoring tools is a plus
- Experience in leveraging AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve communication, research, reporting and workflow efficiency is a plus
- Solid stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
