We are looking for a Scientific Affairs Manager who will be responsible for leading the development and execution of engagement strategies and plans. The role while involves policy discussions and regulatory environments through effective external engagement.

- Lead the development and execution of market-specific engagement strategies and plans to increase understanding and interest among stakeholders.
- Drive the creation of external engagement materials showcasing scientific evidence and support policy submissions; lead internal education and training programs to ensure effective communication of scientific topics to external audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, including with sustainability and regulatory teams, to align scientific initiatives with broader business and policy objectives.
- Ensure all external engagement and government-related activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
What We are Looking For:
- Minimum BSc or equivalent in a scientific discipline; advanced degree (MPH, MD, PharmD or similar) preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in regulated or science-driven industries such as pharmaceutical, healthcare, chemical; experience in Regulatory or Government Affairs is preferred, and public sector experience is a plus.
- Strong experience in leading complex cross-functional projects and working with senior stakeholders across functions including R&D, regulatory affairs, communications, marketing, and operations.
- Proven ability to manage senior external stakeholders, including policymakers, scientists, and healthcare professionals, supported by strong communication and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in managing teams, with the ability to drive performance and develop talent.
- Strong understanding of regulatory environments, stakeholder dynamics, and the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear and compelling narratives.
- Excellent interpersonal, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and international environment.
