We're looking for Territory & Digital Engagement Executives who will work in Ankara

The profile we're looking for

You Bring

As a Territory & Digital Engagement Executive, you'll be part of our front-line field team, engaging retailers through physical and digital visits within your daily route plan.

• Achieve business objectives through strong retailer relationships, customer understanding, and data-driven insights.
• Develop and execute territory plans covering retailer relations, growth opportunities, competitor analysis, resource utilization, and digital strategies aligned with regional goals.
• Monitor B2B processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend timely actions.
• Implement digital strategies and drive digital transformation across points of sale.

This position can be something for you if you recognize yourself in the below profile:

• Located in Ankara.
• University degree or above.
• Field sales experience, preferably in FMCG, with understanding of commercial operations and sales organizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Enjoy building long-term relationships.
• Collaborative team player.
• Quick learner with a customer-focused mindset.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies; digital or e-commerce experience is a plus.
• Valid clean B-class driving license and active driving skills.
