Project Intern –People & Experience (HR) Delivery

 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for the onboarding process, including preparation of employment documents and coordination of signature workflows

• Support offboarding processes, ensuring exit documentation and signature tracking are completed accurately

• Maintain and organize employee personnel files, archives, and digital records in line with company standards

• Assist in the update and maintenance of policies, procedures, and HR documentation

• Support daily operational activities related to the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire)

• Use Excel for data entry, tracking, and preparation of basic operational reports and lists

 

Qualifications: 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a university/master’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Availability to work at least 4 days a week during internship program (İstanbul Office- weekday)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (required)
  • Familiarity with Power BI and visualization tools like Canva (preferred).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
