Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the design, development and deployment of capability development programs, including scheduling sessions and managing training registration process with the internal stakeholders and the global teams.
- Collect and analyze post-training feedback, summarizing insights for the People & Culture team to inform future improvements.
- Utilize Excel (required) and PowerPoint (required) to manage data, prepare presentations, and support reporting needs.
- Track and report monthly learning hours across the organization, ensuring timely updates to the People & Culture team.
- Design and monitor personalized learning journeys for interns, supporting their professional growth and development.
- Support translation processes for training materials, to ensure accessibility and consistency.
- Oversee documentation and printing logistics for face-to-face trainings, including on-site support when required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee and training data.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a university/master’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Availability to work minimum 3 days, preferably 5 days a week during internship program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (required)
- Familiarity with Power BI and visualization tools like Canva (preferred).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrates patience and resilience when handling repetitive or urgent tasks.
- Maintains open and proactive communication, contributing positively to team dynamics.
- A proactive attitude with a keen interest in workplace culture and employee engagement.
