The profile we're looking for

  • 10+ years of People & Culture experience, partnering senior leaders and driving business outcomes through people, leadership, organization, and culture.
  • Deep expertise across talent, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, succession, reward, employee experience, and workforce planning.
  • Business acumen and the ability to translate business priorities into high-impact people strategies.
  • A transformation mindset, with the courage to challenge convention and help shape what comes next.
  • Curiosity about the future of work and how AI, technology, and data can unlock better people and business outcomes.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a passion for building future-ready leaders, capabilities, and cultures.
  • A genuine belief that business performance and people experience go hand in hand, with a passion for preserving and strengthening an inclusive, people-centric culture while helping the organization evolve.

What you will shape

Reporting to the Market People & Culture Head, you will lead the People & Culture agenda for Commercial Functions and partner closely with senior leaders to:

 

  • Drive people and organization strategies that enable growth and transformation.
  • Strengthen leadership, succession, talent pipelines, and critical capabilities.
  • Shape new ways of working, stronger teams, and a high-performing culture.
  • Leverage data, technology, and AI to improve people decisions and business outcomes.
  • Safeguard and strengthen our distinctive culture and exceptional employee experience, ensuring people feel connected, included, empowered, and inspired to perform at their best.
