We are looking for a talented Marketing Senior Specialist – SFP Category to join our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team and support the SFP Category for SSEA, CIS, & MEA Region from Istanbul. As Marketing Senior Specialist – SFP Category, you will have the opportunity to help us shape the long-term strategies of our SFP business and support us design the consumer-centric product initiatives that will cement our leading position across SSEA, CIS, & MEA markets and further support our transformation vision.

 

Specifically, you will:

  • Develop insightful and user-friendly PowerBI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making, which can be easily refreshed with the linkage of different data points (i.e. GSPR, GMRB, panels, offtake, consumer insights data…).
  • Identify emerging trends and recommend growth spaces and opportunities based on data and other insights.
  • Coordinate SFP portfolio initiatives throughout the project lifecycle, supporting the markets with high quality and completeness of all the RPC and CPC submissions.
  • Track the performance of New Product Launches, including strike rate monitoring and forward-looking estimates, stock coverage and LOGD exposure.
  • Compile regional LRP materials and prepare comprehensive performance updates for the Regional Management Team.
  • Participate in ad-hoc portfolio or commercialization projects.

 

Who we are looking for?

• College/University degree.
• 5-7+ years of experience in PMI with Business Development and or Commercial Background.
• Excellent planning and project management skills, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving capabilities, data-driven and critical thinking.
• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and arrive to high quality decisions.

• Fast learner, attention to detail, curious and outward looking.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.

• Experience using PMI tools such as PLM, GSPR, GMRB, Expert Viewer, Power BI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
