We are looking ‘Trade Marketing Manager’ is responsible for ensuring Executional Excellence across all GTR locations by playing a pivotal role in creating and standardizing executional excellence guidelines, at the same time ensuring end-to-end creation, production and deployment of all CC & SFP initiatives, working closely with field teams to ensure quality execution

Execution Excellence
- Providing field inputs to CPM to be able to thoroughly analyze Tier 1 locations/channels in their markets
- Standardization of the Executional Excellence Concept amongst different locations/channels together with CPM and Marketing team
- Ensure translation of Execution Excellence into actionable tasks: location strategy/role, POS strategy/role, portfolio optimization, VM/Planogram development by location, communication guidelines etc.
- Deployment of all Execution Excellence pillars
- Develop tracking/reporting/control system to ensure continuous execution excellence presence. Monitor and analyze store excellence performance and propose further execution excellence steps.
Commercial Deployment
- Responsible for all Brand Retail / Infrastructure project deployment from the official brief submission, including full project management and coordination with all internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for all content deployment as per market/location calendar aligned with CPM, coordinating between internal (marketing team, GBS, B2B) and external (agencies, suppliers) stakeholders.
- Support CX Team in deploying CX activities (GWPs, local activation calendar, etc.). Coordination with suppliers, procurement, marketing to ensure efficient deployment on time
Manage all local suppliers in coordination with brand retail and procurement teams
- Engaging and managing third party suppliers, including: coordinating briefs, design and provide feedback where needed. Involvement with the project campaigns from ideation through to production, continuously reviewing and evaluating return on investment for future solutions/campaign materials. Regularly monitoring in-market execution and initiate corrective actions based on feedback received

You:
- 5+ years in trade marketing and/or commercial deployment in FMCG company, with strong working knowledge of sales trade channels
- Collaborating with people across all levels of an organization
- End to end project management and coordination of complex projects within cross-functional teams
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Acting as a main point of contact for 3rd parties including and driving contract negotiations
- Engaging and influencing key stakeholders
- Deployment of digital marketing tools
- Managing budgets and inventory management
- People Management Experience is a plus
Skills / Function Specifics:
- Strong ability to connect consumer/trade needs into business objectives
- Continuously finding ways to transform learning into business opportunities
- Ability and business understanding to challenge status quo and overcome boundaries when needed
- Consumer Centric mindset
- Proven prioritization and time management skills
- Microsoft Office savvy, especially Excel and Power Point
