Position Title:  Manager Technology Systems

We are looking for Manager Technology Systems in Istanbul and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial applications and solutions.

The profile we're looking for

• Manage and deliver IT systems, infrastructure, and end-user services securely and efficiently using PMI's IT portfolio.
• Execute the technology roadmap, manage escalations, and lead resolution of major incidents.
• Coordinate and deliver local and global projects and products.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve services, operations, and business processes through secure, scalable, responsible, and sustainable solutions.
• Manage consultants and development partners, ensuring governance, accountability, delivery, and alignment with business and technology goals.
• Lead IT planning and budgeting, including demand prioritization, resource planning, forecasting, cost control, and business alignment.
• Lead a small to medium-sized team of Specialists and/or Supervisors.
• Align team goals, support development through feedback and growth opportunities, and drive performance.
• Create and execute short-term team plans and contribute to process improvements.

This position can be something for you if you recognize yourself in the below profile:

• 7+ years of experience in IT, infrastructure, operations, systems, or technology delivery, including 3+ years managing projects, services, vendors, development partners, budgets, planning, and/or teams.
• Strong relationship-building, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills with partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and stakeholder groups.
• High digital literacy and adaptability to new technologies and tools.
• Strong understanding of AI and its practical use for secure, scalable, responsible, and sustainable business improvements.
• Experience managing technology consultancies, vendors, and development teams in complex environments.
• Experience in IT planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and investment prioritization.
• Experience in incident response, investigation, recovery, and remediation.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management frameworks, and security best practices.
