The profile we're looking for
You Bring

• Translate national sales KPIs into district and individual objectives
• Lead team and individual activities to maximize results, team spirit, and efficiency
• Collaborate closely with sales channels and functions to achieve consumer-centric business targets
• Execute channel strategies with strong commercial focus across your region
• Coach and support the team in developing local area plans
• Coordinate budgets through accurate analysis and spending optimization

This position can be something for you if you recognize yourself in the below profile:

• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced written and spoken English
• 6-8 years of multi-channel Sales and Sales Back Office experience (Key Account, Distributor, E-Commerce, etc.)
• Strong business and financial acumen in complex environments
• At least 2 years of team leadership and coaching experience
• A team player who brings out the best in others
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
• Results-oriented, consumer-focused, eager to learn, and comfortable in dynamic environments
• Mobility across different geographies within Turkey is a plus
