We are looking for a Consumer Insight & Analytics Lead who will work in Istanbul and be responsible for driving consumer understanding and data-driven decision-making by leveraging advanced analytics, research methodologies, and insight generation tools to support the delivery of the business strategy and growth objectives.

- 6–8 years of experience in market research or consumer insights
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Solid knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Proven experience in designing, executing, and analyzing research projects
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Experience working with external research agencies is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken

- Lead and manage end-to-end consumer research projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into strategy
- Monitor market trends and consumer behavior
- Ensure high-quality research outputs that support business decisions
- Present findings to senior stakeholders in a clear and impactful way
