We are looking for a Treasury Financial Analysis Manager to drive forward-looking financial analysis and bring clarity to complex business and market dynamics. This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and financial markets, playing a key role in guiding critical business decisions.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Financial Modeling & Forecasting
  • Build and maintain robust financial models across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
  • Lead mid- and long-term forecasting processes
  • Deliver scenario analysis to support key business decisions

 

  • Turn Data into Strategic Insight
  • Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
  • Support decision-making on pricing, funding, and financial planning
  • Provide forward-looking perspectives on risks and opportunities

 

  • Connect Markets with Business
  • Monitor macroeconomic trends, FX, interest rates, and geopolitical developments
  • Translate market movements into business impact and financial implications

 

  • Collaborate & Influence
  • Work closely with Treasury, FP&A, and cross-functional teams
  • Act as a trusted partner, influencing decisions through insight and analysis

 

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 7–8 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or similar roles
  • Experience in multinational environments (preferably FMCG companies)
  • Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), Statutory and IFRS
  • Solid financial planning, controlling, and analytical skills
  • Background in audit (Big4) with exposure to financial statements is a strong plus
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical thinking, modeling, and storytelling capability
  • A proactive, curious, and self-driven professional with strong collaboration skills
