We are looking for a Digital Deployment Specialist who will work in İstanbul and be responsible for driving the successful deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of digital solutions for external partners. 

The profile we're looking for
You Bring

• Manage PMAktif and PMTep platforms, track activities, and launch or enhance features in line with Online Media & Loyalty strategy.
• Partner with IT teams and vendors to maintain systems, resolve issues, and plan IT sprints.
• Own the analytics platform by reporting monthly results, creating dashboards, and tracking retailer digital footprint to support segmentation and journeys.
• Drive change management and retention initiatives.
• Support stakeholders, field teams, and management in understanding the business model, value proposition, and deployment success.
• Maintain comprehensive digital product documentation.
• Monitor industry trends and benchmarks to identify growth opportunities.

This position can be something for you if you recognize yourself in the below profile:

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong digital awareness and curiosity for platforms and technologies.
• Strong reporting and analytical capabilities; data analytics knowledge is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ownership mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
