Who We're Looking For  

We're looking for business leaders with the mindset of builders. 

You bring a rare combination of:  

• Business Acumen The ability to connect strategy, customers, people, processes, and performance to drive meaningful outcomes.  

• Strong Functional Expertise 7+ years of experience in a core business function such as Marketing, Finance, Sales, People & Culture, or other core business disciplines, with a reputation for delivering results and influencing change.  

• AI Fluency A proven ability to move beyond curiosity and translate AI opportunities into practical, scalable business solutions.  

• Courage & Credibility The confidence to work with senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and help functions reimagine how work gets done.  

• Builder Mindset A natural tendency to create, experiment, learn, and keep moving forward despite uncertainty.  

• Influence Without Authority The ability to bring people together around a shared vision and turn ideas into action.  

• Transformation Energy A passion for driving change, unlocking potential, and creating impact at scale.  

What You'll Do  

As a founding member of the AI Transformation Office, reporting to the Strategy & Program Delivery Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic AI initiatives while working alongside senior leaders and diverse teams across PMI Türkiye. 

You will:  

• Identify high-impact AI opportunities across the business Translate opportunities into transformation roadmaps and actionable plans  

• Partner with functions to redesign ways of working and decision-making  

• Accelerate adoption of AI-powered solutions  

• Help move ideas from experimentation to scale Measure and amplify business impact  

• Shape the AI capabilities, culture, and mindset that will define our future
