As Supervisor Fulfillment you will ensure the effective execution of fulfillment and warehousing operations for CAM South, supporting timely customer deliveries, inventory accuracy, and compliance with PMI standards, procedures, and Track & Trace requirements. Provides hands-on operational and administrative support, delivering day-to-day fulfillment and warehouse activities.

 

Your day to day: 

 

  • Execute daily fulfillment and warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and materials handling, in line with established procedures and service level expectations.

 

  • Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of finished goods to customers, supporting on-time delivery performance.

 

  • Maintain efficient and compliant storage of inventory, ensuring accuracy and integrity of stock.

 

  • Support the implementation of initiatives aimed at optimizing storage, transportation, and supply of components to production or distribution points.

 

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and transactional data within warehouse and enterprise systems.

 

  • Monitor delivery performance and identify deviations, escalating issues according to defined escalation paths.

 

  • Ensure compliance with Track & Trace, quality, safety, and standard operating procedures.

 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Customer Service, Supply Planning, Logistics) to ensure continuity of operations.

 

  • Provide operational support in the coordination and follow-up with logistics and transportation service providers.

 

 

Who we’re looking for:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or technical studies in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
    Equivalent technical education combined with relevant operational experience may be considered
  • 4-5 years of experience in fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Hands-on experience supporting daily warehouse activities, such as shipping, receiving, inventory control, and materials handling.
  • Exposure to working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP transactional modules.
  • Experience operating under standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance-driven environments.
  • Basic experience interacting with logistics service providers or transportation partners.
  • Experience supporting regional or multi-country operations is an advantage
