As Manager Commercialization you will be responsible to ensure the implementation of PMI’s commercial strategy among the assigned territory considering the multichannel and multicategory approach in a efficient and effective way by leading execution excellence through the sales leader, territory executives and C&C executives. The commercial Manager is the owner and responsible for the implementation of the cycle planning, visibility aligned with the regulation, portfolio availability , retail digitalization, distribution leading KPIS (ND, WD, Effectiveness), price strategy implementation, and the consumer and customer engagement plans and programs implementation.
Gain the Consumer and costumer preference, implying SOM growth in all categories aligned to the commercial and channel strategy.
Flawless execution in all Channels (GT, KAS, B2C) deliver by the cycle planning process but also is the responsible of the commercial tactics to drive te results considering the portfolio focus and the proper segmentation.
Develop and implement the RTM model ensuring the effective ND and WD by the core portfolio meanwhile ensuring the cost to serve management that allow the sustainability of the business.
Responsible for the sales operation discipline among the sales teams, routines, way of working and distribution effectiveness.
B2C leadership among the territory to ensure the proper LAS acquisition among the direct and indirect ecosystem ( Direct Retail F2F, Motiqos, APS)
Cost to serve Management which imply the allowances administration, RTM model, Price management and KPIS to drive the P&L.
Identify business opportunities to allow conquer the Consumer preference for our multicategory portfolio.
Analyze the performance of these activities and provide feedback on necessary changes or improvements.
Account Management: Guide TE, DSD/EZD Leaders, and C&C Executives in collecting territory information (DSD On Trade - KA - GT) that supports development strategies.
Lead the regional high performance team development aligned with PMI DNA and levers, this role is a senior manager that impulse all the region to have the “best place to work”.
Who we’re looking for:
Degree in Business Administration, International Business or related areas
5 years of experience in commercial, and at least 2 year of experience in trade.
Proficient English
Critical thinking, Highly effective communication, Business Acumen, Managerial Courage, People skills, Agility, Capability to analyze & Ability towards priority settin
