The main purpose of the Supply Planning Lead is Drive the development of an optimum constrained, best executable finished goods production plan that meets the market demand, adheres to the inventory policies & targets and prioritization of the markets served & SKUs based on finance guidelines and leveraging priority-manager, minimizes LOGD, incorporates the supply/capacity/material constraints and complies with the factory loading strategies. Perform the production planning in line with the defined supply planning drumbeat and factory & loading strategy by maintaining the required system inputs such as planning parameters, production frequencies, prioritization settings, LU-SKU allocations, etc.  

Act as a bridge between Market Supply Planners and Factory based SIP (site integrated planning) teams in the development of the production plan. Responsible for Inventory projection & adherence to targets for the respective format(s). Run scenarios in Supply Planning system to explore different options to resolve shortages or excess of inventory and to obtain the optimum production plan that reconciles market demand & prioritization and capacity & supply constraints. Drive continuous improvement and lean process implementation. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead STP/MTP planning cycles and consensus activities. 

• Manage exception processes using alert monitoring and scenario evaluation. 

• Validate and prioritize STP changes, run capacity checks, resolve MTP constraints. 

• Build, align, and review MTP plans with Supply Planners. 

• Monitor execution vs plan and collaborate with manufacturing teams. 

• Maintain planning master data and parameters (E2Open/E2PR or similar). 

• Act as Super User for planning systems, testing enhancements and supporting users. 

• Lead Supply Review meetings and integrate outcomes into plans. 

• Provide supply scenarios and constraints into IBP/S&OP cycles. 

Who we’re looking for 

• 3–5 years’ experience in Supply or Production Planning in manufacturing. 

• Fully autonomous planner with end‑to‑end accountability. 

• Expertise in constrained planning, capacity balancing, inventory trade‑offs. 

• Strong experience with advanced planning tools (E2Open/E2PR preferred). 

• Experience contributing to IBP/S&OP cycles. 

• Exposure to international or multi‑market environments (preferred). 

• Strong knowledge of SAP/SAP APO or equivalent systems. 

• Ownership and accountability with an E2E mindset. 

• Structured, critical thinker who simplifies complexity. 

• Clear communication with ability to influence stakeholders. 

• Strong decision‑making in dynamic environments.
