Purpose of the Role

Ensure product availability in the GT channel, with emphasis on top‑priority SKUs, guaranteeing correct distribution and alignment with PMI Commercial strategies. Define and implement strategic initiatives through the distributor’s salesforce, manage promotions and incentive programs, and drive business growth through continuous improvement of key distribution KPIs.

Your Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

Distributor Sell‑In / Sell‑Out Management

• Budget and trade promotion allocation
• Sales forecast accuracy
• Portfolio availability
• Inventory tracking

Distribution KPI Tracking & Performance

• Call Compliance
• Strike Rate
• Weekly Buyers
• Strategic Brands Coverage
• Share of Market (SOM)

Execution of Commercial & RTM Strategies

• Merchandising implementation
• Execution of commercial and trade marketing initiatives
• RTM pilots
• Communication and training of the distributor’s salesforce

Who We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Sales or related fields
• Experience within FMCG in: Distribution, RTM, Sales or Trade
• 5+ years of leadership and people management experience
