Your ‘day to day’
Monitor and analyze actual manufacturing costs—including conversion costs and local FME—against Rolling Forecasts and Budget. Identify trends, deviations, and performance gaps, and compile regular reports that include relevant data, business insights, and explanations to support decision-making.
Major accountabilities:
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to Operations management by delivering high-quality support and insights.
- Provide financial guidance across business matters, including supplier contract negotiations and operational or organizational projects.
- Interpret financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare tailored reports—both ad hoc and recurring—based on product costing requirements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead the execution of Rolling Forecasts (RF), Operating Budgets (OB), and Long-Range Plans (LRPs) for product costs.
- Collaborate with supervisors to define and communicate targets to Budget Owners.
- Review and refine input data to help achieve management-set goals.
- Analyze actual results and escalate significant variances to management when necessary.
- Deliver regular reporting and business insights to Operations and Finance teams
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Finance; exposure to Operations is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with adaptability and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
