Your ‘day to day’:
Support the deployment of OPEN+ across the factory in line with business strategy, consolidating and aligning affiliate and pillar teams. Monitor the impact of OPEN+ on capability building and business outcomes. Act as a member on up to four pillars, providing training and coaching to all employees.

Major accountabilities:

• Support the OPEN+ implementation and deployment in the affiliate according to the defined region OPEN+ deployment strategy.
• Ensure all methods, standards and processes within affiliate are fully in line with the global standards and aligned with the region deployment team
• Asses the organization and processes in order to develop efficient and effective OPEN+ plans in the affiliate.
• Provide full support in Autonomous Maintenance pillar & Function.
• Organize business processes at assigned work area in compliance with Sustainability rules, policies and procedures. Evaluate risks at workplaces, take appropriate measures for risks reduction.
• Organize timely trainings for subordinates on safety working methods and practices. Conduct safety instruction, safety traineeship, and safety knowledge assessment for subordinates in case as required by applicable legislation
• Support Six Sigma Methodology across the site and main streams.
• Support OPEN+ implementation and deployment within the factory with the support of all OPEN+ foundation coaches and RTT trainers.

Who we’re looking for:

• College Degree in Industrial Engineering or related.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of the Autonomous Maintenance pillar.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, WMS.
• Knowledge of Continuous improvement methodology (VSM, KAIZEN, PDCA… etc)
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
