As a Web Performance & CRO Executive (Analyst), you will drive the optimization of PMI’s digital consumer platforms (e.g., IQOS.com), ensuring best-in-class user experience and measurable business impact. You will leverage analytics, experimentation, and user insights to continuously improve conversion, engagement, and revenue, contributing to PMI’s consumer-centric digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze web performance, user journeys, and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and personalization initiatives to improve conversion and user experience
• Monitor and optimize critical funnels (registration, age verification, checkout) to increase completion rates
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking (conversion rate, engagement, revenue)
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommend UX, content, and journey improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Product, Marketing, IT, Global/OC stakeholders) to implement changes
• Contribute to experimentation roadmap and optimization strategy aligned with business goals
• Drive continuous performance improvement culture through data-driven decision making

Technical Skills:

• 2–5 years of experience in digital analytics, CRO, or web performance optimization
• Strong experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Experience with experimentation tools (Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target)
• Solid understanding of conversion funnels, UX principles, and digital journeys
• Strong analytical and statistical thinking skills
• Experience with dashboards and reporting tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
• Basic knowledge of tracking/tagging (GTM, data layer) is a plus
