Position Title:  SERVICE DELIVERY EXECUTIVE (M/W/D)

YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Coordinate daily performance of (logistics) service providers to ensure consistent, high-quality execution aligned with PMI’s standards.
• Problem solve (hands-on) in case of operational issues
• Analyze End-2-End performance, from on-shelf availability at customers to integral cost-to-serve, identify opportunities and formulate concrete improvement initiatives.
• Drive improvements in service operations with logistics/service partners in Germany.
• Lead the communication with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Integrated Business Planning) to optimize end-to-end processes bringing structure, innovation, and ownership to the table.
• Lead and contribute to regional projects
• Be part of a team that encourages learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.          

YOUR  PROFILE:

• Hands-on experience (2–3 years of working+Internships) in operations, service delivery, supply chain or project coordination – ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced, international environment.
• A university degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• A passion for End-2-End business improvement combined with a structured approach to problem solving, solid business acumen and a customer centric mindset
• A positive attitude, curiosity to learn, and a natural drive to improve how things work.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Distinctive organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP or WMS systems such as SAP.
• Openness to mobility.
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken), German language a distinct plus
