YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Coordinate daily performance of (logistics) service providers to ensure consistent, high-quality execution aligned with PMI’s standards.
- Problem solve (hands-on) in case of operational issues
- Analyze End-2-End performance, from on-shelf availability at customers to integral cost-to-serve, identify opportunities and formulate concrete improvement initiatives.
- Drive improvements in service operations with logistics/service partners in Germany.
- Lead the communication with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Integrated Business Planning) to optimize end-to-end processes bringing structure, innovation, and ownership to the table.
- Lead and contribute to regional projects
- Be part of a team that encourages learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Hands-on experience (2–3 years of working+Internships) in operations, service delivery, supply chain or project coordination – ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced, international environment.
- A university degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- A passion for End-2-End business improvement combined with a structured approach to problem solving, solid business acumen and a customer centric mindset
- A positive attitude, curiosity to learn, and a natural drive to improve how things work.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Distinctive organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP or WMS systems such as SAP.
- Openness to mobility.
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken), German language a distinct plus
