YOUR IMPACT:

  • Lead and evolve all core People & Culture topics —organizational design, talent management, diversity & inclusion, employee development, and engagement—for defined business function/s.
  • Co-create and execute the local P&C strategy in alignment with the broader business agenda.
  • Act as a catalyst for cultural and organizational transformation, fostering high performing, empowered, and learning-oriented environment.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global Centers of Expertise (CoEs) and local stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Talent & Organizational Development, and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Serve as a key liaison to works councils and social partners, ensuring constructive and transparent dialogue.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a multinational or matrixed environment.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and internal HR processes.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field.

    • Proven ability to lead complex change initiatives and inspire cross-functional teams.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
    • Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term value creation and organizational effectiveness.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
    • Knowledge of the German language will be considered an asset.
    • High digital fluency, especially in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
