YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
In this role you are responsible for developing and leading the multi-category (CC, OTP, SFP) visibility strategy of IR universe of Germany composed of 70k physical touch points in 3 different channels (independent, convenience & regional KA, food KA). In line with the global "Look of the Leader" approach, you develop and define channel based multi-category POS visibility strategy and guidelines in close collaboration with categories and channels. You address unique needs of every category and channel via continuously developing new yet applicable approaches and tools.
- You closely collaborate with and indirectly lead global, regional & local agencies for new visibility tool design and production. Address unique needs of every category and channel and continuously improve PMG visibility set-up at POS and IR PPOSM coverage via integration of innovative solutions.
- Within the 5 to 6 sales cycles a year, you make sure to align with channels and categories for their needs of TPOSM material. Co-design with categories, align multi-category share of voice in line with the visibility strategy & guidelines and carry end to end responsibility from design to deployment.
- In close collaboration with Digital Signage & TM Deployment team and frontliners, you make sure that the tracking of PPOSM flows smoothly post deployment of the tools via frontliners and agencies. Analyze PPOSM coverage in different channels vs. total universe and competition continuously.
- You continuously collaborate with channel heads/managers, category heads/managers, frontliners, occasionally with category HOFs, legal & EA colleagues, purchasing to manage IR visibility in the most effective way. You manage 4+ external vendors (global, regional, local agencies, suppliers) to ensure best design and production in the most efficient way.

Manage 8+ external vendors (global, regional, local agencies, suppliers) to ensure best design & deployment of various tools, mechanics, programs.
- You lead and develop 7 direct reports.
- You establish timely and accurate cost tracking and forecasting in line with Finance cycles (analyzing budget for transactional cost across own and stakeholder budget and therefore providing valid vendor overview to identify optimization potential over time)
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor and/or Masters Degree in marketing management, economics or any other relevant studies.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years working experience in marketing, sales or commercial disciplines out of which min. 4 years should be in a leading role. Frontline and/or design agency experience as advantage.
- Ability to lead diverse teams internally & externally and fostering mutually beneficial relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong project management skills to get projects delivered also under time pressure.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, white space and unknown circumstances.
- Excellent English language skills are a must, German is an advantage.
