What you may expect from the 24-month GRADUATE PROGRAM:

As part of our Graduate program, you will go through various assignments within the department with a duration of 8 months in the areas of Marketing (e.g. Brand Management), Sales (e.g. B2B & B2C), Digital (e.g. eCommerce, Consumer Journey, CRM, Digital, Media & Analytics) and one month in our Field Force. The aim is to fully prepare you for your future career and for a future management position in one of the areas within our company.

-You will work independently in each station from day one with increasing responsibility in challenging projects.

-We offer you a wide range of opportunities to participate in national and international projects and to work actively with other PMI markets and our Operations Center in Lausanne.

-You have the opportunity to take the next step after the program and join us on a permanent employment contract!

What you need to succeed:

-A successfully completed degree (Bachelor's or Master's), ideally with a focus on business, marketing, sales, digital and communication

-First practical experience in marketing, sales or digital, preferably with internationally operating companies or on the agency side

-Practical project experience and great team spirit

-Willingness to take on responsibility and determination

-Communication skills and business fluency in written and spoken German and English

-Interested in international work and mobility within Europe
