Role Purpose
As Web Experience Content Executive, you will own the deployment, quality assurance and continuous optimization of content across PMI Germany’s commercial eCommerce websites, with a clear focus on UX, user journeys and on-page conversion. You will translate brand, commercial and campaign priorities into seamless, compliant and conversion-oriented digital experiences for adult consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, schedule and quality-check website content across commercial webpages
- Ensure every page, module and CTA is on-brand, compliant, mobile-first and aligned with UX standards.
- Support campaign and product launch readiness by coordinating website updates, timelines, assets and go-live checks.
- Optimize key user journeys from discovery to purchase, identifying friction points and improving content hierarchy, navigation and conversion paths.
- Collaborate with Web Performance, Marketing, Product, IT, Legal/Compliance, CRM and agency partners to deliver high-quality web experiences.
- Use analytics, behavioral insights and test learnings to recommend and implement continuous content and journey improvements.
- Support personalization and A/B testing initiatives by preparing, deploying and scaling relevant content variants.
Required Skills & Capabilities
- Strong CMS and website operations experience, ideally in eCommerce or D2C environments.
- Good understanding of UX principles, responsive design, content hierarchy and digital customer journeys.
- Ability to interpret web analytics and behavioral data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- High attention to detail in content deployment, QA, compliance and go-live readiness.
- Strong stakeholder management, structured communication and agency coordination skills.
- Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented working style with strong ownership and delivery focus.
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken
Experience Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in digital content management, website operations, UX content deployment, eCommerce or digital marketing.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Wordpress, Salesforce Commerce Cloud CMS or similar.
- Familiarity with analytics and behavioral tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, ContentSquare or Hotjar.
- Experience with A/B testing or personalization tools such as Adobe Target or Optimizely is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, UX, Business or a related field preferred.
