YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

As Business Partner Performance Management (m/f/d) in Data Insights & Analytics (DI&A), you lead the performance agenda end-to-end with a clear focus on trusted, decision-ready executive framing. You turn strategy into certified KPIs, connect performance signals with market, commercial and consumer context, and translate them into clear recommendations. In close partnership with Finance and Commercial teams, you shape performance discussions up to executive level and help ensure leadership decisions are based on consistent, reliable data.

  • Lead the performance cadence (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and shape the executive performance narrative across cross-functional KPIs and value drivers.
  • Partner with Finance & Commercial to align targets, forecasts and resources to priorities.
  • Define and govern KPIs; build review frameworks as a single source of truth.
  • Spot early risks/opportunities, raise them with courage, and propose countermeasures.
  • Turn data into concise stories and visuals, grounded in market and consumer insights.
  • Lead performance reviews with senior stakeholders up to executive level; drive decisions and accountability.
  • Bring together multiple performance signals into one clear executive view, focusing on what matters most, the business implications, and the actions needed.
  • Ensure executive discussions are grounded in trusted sources, consistent definitions and sound data quality standards.
  • Bring structure to ambiguity by framing the right business questions, testing assumptions behind the numbers, and knowing when further challenge is needed.
  • Work across DI&A and the business to turn analytical output into senior-ready insight with the right level of quality and review behind it.

YOUR  PROFILE:

  • Degree in Business/Economics (or equivalent) with relevant practical experience.
  • 5+ years in Performance Management, Finance, Consumer Insights, Business Analytics or Marketing/Sales with Performance Management Focus
  • Strong business acumen; solid grasp of commercial/financial KPIs and performance drivers.
