YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

As our Business Partner – Performance Management (m/f/d) within our Data, Insights & Analytics (DI&A) organization, you will act as a strategic enabler to leadership teams by translating business needs into actionable insights. You will drive performance management processes, support forecasting and planning cycles, and support KPI tracking across the organization. This role is pivotal in shaping data-driven decision-making and aligning DI&A capabilities with business priorities.

 

 

  • Monitor business performance across functions and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles by providing data-backed insights and scenario modeling.
  • Partner with Finance and Commercial teams to align forecasts with strategic goals.
  • Lead the design and implementation of performance review frameworks and KPI dashboards.
  • Deliver timely, relevant, and actionable insights to leadership teams to support strategic decision-making.
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives that influence business direction.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across functions and act as the go-to partner for performance-related analytics and reporting.
  • Co-own the analytics roadmap for performance management, ensuring alignment with market priorities.
  • Drive adoption of analytics products and ensure continuous value realization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in agile delivery of analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Advanced Analytics teams to execute initiatives.

 

YOUR  PROFILE:

  • Completed studies in economics or business administration or alternative education with relevant practical experience.
  • 5 years+ of professional experience in marketing, sales, or finance.
  • Strong business acumen and high understanding of financial and commercial metrics.
  • Flexibility and Mobility – As this is a developmental role, a high degree of flexibility is essential regarding future positions within DI&A, potentially including opportunities in other markets.
  • Profound experience in cross-functional projects and excellent project management skills.
  • Proven experience in performance management, financial planning, or business analytics.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in BI tools and data visualization platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
  • Experience working in agile environments and delivering iterative value.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with internal planning cycles and DI&A operating models.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and geographies.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written
