YOUR Accountabilities:
As BUSINESS PARTNER CONSUMER & COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE (M/F/D) in Data Insights & Analytics (DI&A), you steer business performance through a consumer‑, marketing‑ and commercial‑led lens, with a clear focus on explaining what drives performance and why it changes. You connect consumer behavior, brand and portfolio performance, market dynamics and demand signals with business outcomes, translate them into clear performance implications, and turn data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders. In close partnership with Marketing, Commercial teams and Finance, you shape performance discussions that enable better, faster decisions based on a shared and meaningful understanding of performance drivers.
- Lead the performance cadence (weekly / monthly / quarterly) and shape a clear, coherent business narrative across consumer, brand, market, demand and commercial KPIs
- Partner closely with Marketing, Commercial teams and Finance to connect consumer and demand insights with growth priorities, forecasts, resources and concrete business actions.
- Define and evolve the key performance framework across consumer, marketing, market, demand and commercial metrics, ensuring a consistent and decision‑relevant view of business performance.
- Identify early risks and opportunities by interpreting changes in consumer behavior, market developments and demand trends, raise them with courage, and propose countermeasures
- Turn complex data into clear and compelling performance stories and visuals that explain why results evolve as they do, grounded in consumer understanding and market context.
- Lead performance reviews with senior stakeholders up to executive level; drive clarity, decisions and accountability.
- Arbitrate between consumer, market, demand and financial signals to create one clear performance view, focused on business implications, trade‑offs and required actions.
- Ensure performance discussions are grounded in reliable data, shared KPI definitions and fit‑for‑purpose quality standards.
- Bring structure to ambiguity by framing the right business questions, challenging assumptions behind the numbers, and knowing when deeper analysis or further challenge is needed.
- Work across DI&A and the business to turn analytical output into senior‑ready insight, with the appropriate level of quality, challenge and review.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree in Business/Economics (or equivalent) with relevant practical experience.
- 5+ years in Performance Management, Consumer Insights, Commercial Finance, Business Analytics, Marketing or Sales in a performance-steering role.
- Strong business acumen; solid grasp of consumer, market, demand, commercial and financial KPIs and the drivers behind them.
- Flexibility and Mobility – As this is a developmental role, a high degree of flexibility is essential regarding future positions within DI&A, potentially including opportunities in other markets.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional decisions and bring clarity in ambiguous business situations.
