Join Our Quality Team

We are looking for Supervisors within Quality Control & Manufacturing Quality to join our teams in both our Gothenburg and Kungälv factories. In this role, you will lead quality control activities, support manufacturing quality standards, and help ensure that our products consistently meet internal, regulatory, and consumer requirements. You will play a key role in building a culture of quality, safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence while leading and developing a team of quality professionals.

Impact You'll Own

  • Ensure quality standards are consistently met across manufacturing processes and finished products
  • Lead, coach, and develop Quality Control and Manufacturing Quality team members to achieve operational and quality targets
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen quality performance and compliance
  • Support investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to prevent recurring quality issues
  • Build strong collaboration across production, engineering, and quality functions to improve overall performance

What You'll Do

  • Lead and prioritize daily activities for about 10 team members within Quality Control and Manufacturing Quality
  • Monitor manufacturing quality performance and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
  • Review, investigate, and resolve quality deviations, defects, and non-conformities
  • Support audits, inspections, and quality reviews
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions using structured problem-solving methods
  • Ensure laboratory and quality control equipment is maintained and calibrated
  • Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality
  • Promote a strong safety and quality culture through coaching and clear communication

Skills & Capabilities

Must-have

  • Experience leading or supervising teams in a manufacturing, quality, laboratory, or production environment
  • Professional communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
  • 4-5 years of experience working with investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and quality management principles
  • Understanding regulatory requirements and compliance within manufacturing environments
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across different functions
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience working with quality metrics and performance monitoring

Nice-to-have

  • Experience from FMCG, pharmaceutical, food, tobacco, or other highly regulated industries
  • Knowledge of laboratory operations, testing methods, or calibration processes
  • Experience supporting audits and external inspections
