Role summary

As the Manager for Supply Planning, you will lead manufacturing planning processes (primary, semi‑finished, and secondary) to ensure the delivery of the executional plan, balancing cash, cost, and service targets. The role ensures sustainable, efficient, and standardized planning and scheduling in line with the global planning cadence, scheduling horizons, and drumbeat.

Acting as a key interface between Manufacturing and Supply Chain, you will ensure collaboration across Market Planning, Material Planning, Capacity & Sourcing, Network Planning, and Category teams, while leading and developing the local Supply Planning team.

 

Main responsibilities and activities

You will be responsible for leading supply and production planning for assigned manufacturing sites, ensuring stable execution, high service performance, and alignment with global planning standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead integrated production and scheduling plans across primary, semi‑finished, and secondary manufacturing processes to deliver executional plan, balancing cost, cash, and service.
  • Ensuring high‑quality production schedules, driving execution follow‑up, minimizing delay and missed production.
  • Proactively identifying supply and manufacturing risks and leading corrective actions to protect performance and continuity.
  • Collect, consolidate, and validate weekly manufacturing resource capacity, capability, and availability inputs, ensuring data quality and adherence.
  • Driving long‑term capacity inputs, supporting local decisions on equipment allocation and manning.
  • Building collaboration with key partners including Manufacturing, Market Planning, Capacity & Sourcing, Network Planning, Transportation, and Warehouse teams.
  • Driving continuous improvement of processes, planning standards, and systems, while ensuring compliance with Tolling, PMI Principles & Practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing supply planning team, while driving structured risk and performance management.

 

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in FMCG, Electronics, or medical industries with hands‑on experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing, forecasting, S&OP, and analytics.
  • APICS certification is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required. 
  • At least 3 years of experience leading people or teams in a complex, matrix environment.
  • Solid working knowledge of SAP and advanced planning systems.
  • Strong analytical and predictive capabilities, with the ability to translate data into business‑relevant decisions.
  • Proven ability to influence across functions, manage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and systems skills, with a mindset focused on operational excellence and stability.
