Position Title:  Manager Quality Nordics

Role summary 

As Manager Quality Nordics, you carry the full responsibility for quality across the multiple site, ensuring that products are manufactured in line with all quality, regulatory and safety requirements. You act as the quality voice in the factory, working closely with Operations, to make sure quality is built into every step of the process. Your role is both strategic and hands-on, combining clear direction with day-to-day support on the floor.

You lead and develop the site Quality teams, while also setting the direction for continuous improvement, audit readiness and strong quality culture. You ensure the Quality Management System is, but understood and owned across the organization. In this role, you have a real impact on consumer trust, product integrity and long-term performance across the Nordics.

Your day to day 

• Lead and develop the site Quality teams, setting clear priorities and supporting growth. 
• Ensure full compliance with internal standards, legal requirements and external regulations. 
• Drive quality improvement initiatives across production, projects and daily operations. 
• Act as a key partner to Operations, supporting quality on the floor and in decision-making. 
• Own audit readiness, inspections and follow-up actions. 
• Monitor quality performance, manage non-conformities and ensure timely, structured resolution. 

Who you are 

• You have solid experience in Quality Assurance within manufacturing, pharma, food or similar industry. 
• You bring leadership experience and enjoy developing people and teams. 
• You understand Quality Management Systems and regulatory requirements in depth. 
• You communicate clearly and collaborate easily across functions and seniority levels. 
• You are structured, calm and confident when handling audits and complex situations. 
• You are fluent in English both written and spoken. Proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
