You will drive projects that require deeper coordination, broader multi‑functional alignment, or execution involving multiple stages or industrial‑scale equipment.

You will lead planning for these initiatives, maintain project timelines under IDC responsibility, and ensure alignment across collaborators. Working closely with Process Engineers and technical experts, you will coordinate activities, consolidate trial outcomes, and support informed decision-making through structured communication of project progress, risks, and findings.

Beyond project delivery, you will contribute to the growth and effectiveness of IDC Sweden by helping shape development strategies, strengthening multi-functional collaboration, and ensuring IDC capabilities continue to support the evolving innovation pipeline.
