RISE TO THE CHALLENGE

Philip Morris Management Services (Middle East) Ltd (PMMS) is looking for a Trade Marketing Supervisor to join the team. As a Trade Marketing Supervisor, you will be part of the Trade Marketing team, reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager. 

The Trade Marketing supervisor supports the planning, coordination, and execution of trade marketing initiatives across different markets. The role focuses on visibility deployment, POS materials execution, retail activation support, and visual merchandising implementation in line with global brand guidelines.

The position is execution-heavy and ensures that all trade marketing activities are delivered with high quality, on time, and aligned across markets.

 

YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

Retail Visibility Execution

  • Support the development and implementation of visibility plans across different channels, device sellers, key accounts, and non‑conventional POS.
  • Coordinate deployment of POSM and visibility toolkits across markets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Maintain and update visibility trackers, POSM inventories, and placement logs.
  • Conduct periodic retail audits to assess visibility compliance and effectiveness.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of channel‑specific retail activities and campaigns.
  • Ensure accurate rollout of trade marketing toolkits and communication briefs to market teams.
  • Coordinate with brand marketing on content and artwork adaptation for in‑store materials.
  • Execute VM guidelines across indirect touchpoints, ensuring product visibility and planogram compliance.
  • Support markets with VM material ordering, delivery follow-up, and installation guidance.
  • Collect feedback and insights to continuously improve VM execution quality.

 

Vendor Coordination

  • Support the sourcing and coordination of vendors for POSM production.
  • Follow up on production timelines, material quality, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure prototypes and final materials meet guidelines before deployment.

 

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare and maintain reports related to POSM distribution, visibility execution, and retail performance indicators.
  • Monitor campaign execution quality and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Support the analysis of visibility and VM impact on in-store performance.

 

 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or Channel Activation.
  • Experience working with POSM, retail visibility, and vendors is preferred.
  • Experience with multi-market coordination is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage vendors, review production samples, and ensure quality delivery.
  • Basic project management skills for coordinating multi-market executions.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with a hands‑on, execution‑oriented approach.
