RISE TO THE CHALLENGE

Philip Morris Trading Services KSA is looking for a Senior Service Delivery Executive to join the team. As a Senior Service Delivery Executive, you will be part of the Service Delivery team, reporting to the Manager Service Delivery.

Senior Service Delivery Executive role is an extension of the OCS function in-market in KSA. The position will be primarily accountable for the end-to-end management of KSA JV inventories that are sourced from PMI factories based on specific requirements, their proper inventory management until stock issuance of these inventories to distributors against specific service replenishment orders in compliance with standards, requirements and targets set out in the market service-delivery operations in KSA set out by the Manager service Delivery.

 

YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

Overall End to End Operational Supervision

• Oversee end-to-end inbound and outbound inventory movement for KSA JV supply orders — from order creation to receiving, system registration, warehousing, and storage — ensuring compliance with PMI SOPs and optimal use of warehouse resources.

• Ensure smooth continuation of all processes leading to the shipment and delivery of finished goods to designated customers.

Planning, organization & Coordination

  • Coordinate all operational requirements for warehouse activities in line with shipment plans.
  • Ensure smooth execution by collaborating closely with the Manager Service Delivery, Operations Customer Service team, and cross‑functional partners including Finance and Commercial.

Registering and Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate and fully documented records of all Finished Goods movements—both physical and system transactions—ensuring compliance with Service Delivery scope, local legal requirements, PMI standards, and SOPs.

Reporting, Analysis & Communication

  • Ensure full compliance with all physical and system reporting procedures for warehouse operations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for providing required information to all relevant departments on both scheduled and ad‑hoc requests.
  • Track and report assigned KPIs accurately and on time.

Warehouse Resource & Asset Management

  • Oversee facility management and ensure proper safekeeping of all operational assets used for warehouse operations.
  • Ensure compliance with PMI SOPs while monitoring maintenance needs and managing related budgeting and business‑continuity expenses.

Compliance/Environment, Health & Safety

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment for the team in line with all local environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date safety and security knowledge and conduct regular audits, risk assessments, hazard checks, and first‑aid or safety training programs.

Digital Tax Stamp (DTS) Order Process

  • Coordinate with the KSA IBP Executive to receive DTS stamp requirements and place orders in the DTS system as instructed.
  • Track and monitor all DTS orders for the market and ensure secure, up‑to‑date system access.
  • Keep the DTS software updated and synchronized.

Systems & Interfaces

  • Master and use SAP inventory modules to manage all Finished Goods movements, including registering inbound stock, applying FIFO, managing quarantined/restricted bins, and processing outbound and delivery transactions.

External Party Dealings 

  • Manage interactions with external partners—including distributors, clearing/forwarding agents, contracted labor, port authorities, LSPs, and other third parties involved in inbound and outbound FG movements.
  • Ensure compliance with market security guidelines and PMI SOPs, particularly regarding controlled and authorized access to domestic and bonded warehouses.

 

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • KSA National
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics or a relevant field of study
  • 7-10  years of Logistics Experience (Warehouse Experience a plus) in FMCG industry
  • Fluency in both English & Arabic( Spoken & Written)
  • Proficient user of MS office applications
  • Experience of Inventory Systems Use (WMS, SAP and T&T Scanning applications example U-Track / I-Track is a plus)
