RISE TO THE CHALLENGE

Philip Morris KSA Trading Company is looking for a B2C to join the team. As a B2C Supervisor, you will be part of the Commercial, reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager.

B2C Supervisor role is responsible for ensuring the excellence in execution of set commercial activation deployment plan for the respective territory, providing meaningful touchpoint reporting and quality analysis on business performance, contributing to projects by analysing potential and existing business in a manner consistent with the strategic direction of the business, and providing the support required from a commercial analytics perspective to key stakeholders. 

 

YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY‘

  • Execute the consumer activation plan built by with SFP Deployment & Field teams to address business problems/ business opportunities (BP/BOWATTS), having in mind the specific territory
  • Support commercial planning function in collecting the relevant territory data in order to continuosly optimize the commercial and investment plans.
  • Responsible for producing and maintaining a comprehensive competitor touchpoint analysis. Providing proper clarification and rationalization of collected data; insure the timely implementation of action plans in place.
  • Implement new evaluation tools, provide early feedback on the relevance of the toolboxes in order to provide relevant stakeholder enough insights to continuosly optimize the toolboxes, making it more consumer relevant and fit for purpose. 
  • Ensure continuous compliance to set processes. Assist in the development of tools to educate and facilitate commercial activities across touchpoints
  • Lead and direct the team of 3rd party Brand Supervisors and Brand Representatives, for their respective territory, ensuring they are well equiped in terms of knowledge and key messages for the active cycle; making sure their performance is up to the standards.

 

 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • KSA National
  • 3+ years experience in sales / brand / business support role using analytics, preferably with an FMCG company.
  • Proven track record of high achievement orientation and results-driven performance
  • Strong analytical thinking and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • A consumer-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering value and enhancing customer experience
  • Fluency in both English; Arabic is an advantage
