Position Title: Senior Data Scientist

We are seeling an experienced Data Analyst wanted to develop machine learning models, craft analytics solutions, and translate data into insights.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Apply advanced mathematics, statistics, and data mining techniques to extract valuable insights from data.
- Build and deploy robust analytics and machine learning models using modern programming tools.
- Interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable information for non-technical audiences.
- Craft compelling data stories through easy-to-understand visuals, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft strategies that rely on data-driven thinking.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of knowledge-sharing.
- Stay curious and current with the latest advancements in AI and data science.
- Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
What You’ll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in data analysis, data science, or advanced analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and relational databases.
- Practical experience with ML/AI frameworks and open-source data science tools.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of version control (Git) and collaborative tools.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, especially AWS (S3, EC2, SageMaker).
- Experience with Jupyter, Snowflake, Docker, and the Atlassian suite (Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence).
- Proficient in data governance and standard methodologies for data management.
- Excellent communication skills — you know how to break down complex concepts so everyone understands the insights and next steps.
- Someone who demonstrates curiosity and effectively communicates stories through data to encourage action.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
