The Regional Campaign, Content & Governance Coordinator is a 12-month trainee opportunity designed to provide practical experience within our West and Central Africa Marketing team. What You’ll Do
As part of the regional marketing team, you’ll support the successful execution of campaigns while ensuring strong governance and compliance across multiple markets.
Deployment Review Group (DRG) Coordination
- Prepare submission documentation and pre-read materials for marketing approvals
- Coordinate approval timelines across multiple collaborators
- Follow up with Legal, Corporate Affairs, Commercial and other business functions
- Track approvals, risks and critical issue points
- Maintain approval records to support audit readiness
- Update regional approval dashboards and reporting
Campaign & Content Coordination
- Support the rollout of regional marketing campaigns
- Consolidate market briefs before agency engagement
- Coordinate the development of campaign assets, including key visuals, POS materials, digital assets and pack visuals
- Manage translations and local market adaptations
- Ensure all creative outputs align with approved campaign guidelines and playbooks
Content Governance & Asset Management
- Maintain campaign playbooks and supporting documentation
- Manage the regional asset library
- Ensure markets and agencies use the latest approved assets
- Support version control and content governance processes
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Support
- Gain exposure to Product Lifecycle Management systems
- Retrieve and validate product and packaging information
- Support accurate documentation for approval submissions
Regional Project & Budget Coordination
- Track regional initiatives and project achievements
- Consolidate documentation and inputs from multiple markets
- Maintain project trackers and follow-up actions
- Support regional budget and governance reporting

Role Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field (non-negotiable)
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
- Strong organising skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and collaborator management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
- Available to start immediately
